I ran it fine on an old i5 with 4GB RAM and a GTX 750 Ti. So, as long as your rig isn't ancient, you should be cool.
Just a decent multi-core processor, 2GB RAM, and a graphics card that doesn't predate Sonic himself and you should be good to go!
If you're into specifics, here's the deal: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHz, 3GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 / ATI Radeon HD 2900 at minimum.
