MK 9 (2011) still takes the crown for many fans because it rebooted the series with a fantastic story mode and balanced fighting mechanics.

Hot take: Mortal Kombat II. It鈥檚 the OG sequel that polished the original鈥檚 rough edges and introduced some of the most iconic characters. Fight me.

Mortal Kombat 11 is often considered the best due to its refined gameplay, extensive roster, and stunning graphics. Plus, those Fatalities are next-level brutal!

From personal experience, Mortal Kombat X is a solid choice. It introduced new characters who fit perfectly into the MK universe and had great graphics for its time.

If you're a Mortal Kombat player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Mortal Kombat essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
