Special trades in Pokemon GO are for Legendaries, Shinies, or any new-to-you Pokémon not already registered in your Pokédex. It's gonna cost you more Stardust though!

If you're trading a Shiny, Legendary, or a Pokémon that's not in your Pokédex, it's a special trade. Watch your Stardust!

A special trade in Pokemon GO includes any Legendary Pokémon, Shiny Pokémon, or Pokémon that haven’t been registered in your Pokédex yet. Better get those Stardust reserves ready!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
