I placed a range hood in my Sims' kitchen thinking it would reduce fire risk—turns out, it's purely for aesthetics! So, go ahead and make your kitchen look fancy.

In The Sims FreePlay, a range hood is just a decorative item. It doesn’t actually have any functional purpose in the game.

Range hoods in Sims FreePlay don't serve any practical purpose. They're there to make your kitchen look good, and that's about it.

Honestly, it's just there to make your kitchen look a bit more realistic. No hidden features or bonuses!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
