It's just for decoration! Your Sims don't actually use it, but it does make your kitchen look pretty spiffy.

Honestly, the rangehood is just there to make your kitchen look nice. No special functions, so don't sweat it.

Rangehoods in The Sims FreePlay don鈥檛 have any functional use鈥攖hey're purely aesthetic. But hey, they make your kitchen look professional!

As someone who鈥檚 put in way too many hours in The Sims FreePlay, trust me鈥攔angehoods are just decorative. Spruces up the kitchen, but no magic powers!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
