Silver star on a Pokemon card? That's your ticket to the cool club! It means the card is an Ultra Rare. These cards are harder to find and usually pack a punch in both playability and value. So, if you've got one, you're holding onto something special!

It's just a symbol of rarity. Ultra Rare, to be exact. A silver star doesn't make your gameplay any different, but it might make your wallet feel heavier if you decide to sell.

If it's got a silver star, you've hit the jackpot! Ultra Rare cards are the gems of a Pokemon TCG collection. I pulled one from a pack last week and couldn't believe my luck!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
