Being tagged in Pokemon TCG isn't actually a game mechanic or term used officially in the rules. You might be thinking of TAG TEAM cards, which are powerful cards featuring two Pokemon that work together in battle. These cards have high HP and can perform strong attacks but give away three Prize cards when knocked out, so use them wisely!

'Tagged' isn't a term in the Pokemon TCG rules. If you're hearing 'tagged' around, it's likely about TAG TEAM Pokemon GX cards. These are just super beefy cards with mega attacks that can totally change the game's pace, but watch out, losing one can cost you big time since your opponent gets three Prize cards.

I think you got it mixed up - there's no 'being tagged' in the game. Maybe you're mixing it up with something else or heard about TAG TEAM Pokemon, which are a whole different deal.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
