First-hand experience here! I got 'story unavailable' once because the user deleted their story while I was watching it. So awkward!
Story unavailable? Probably because they deleted it or their account went private. Happens all the time!
It can also mean the user changed their privacy settings or restricted their story to certain viewers. It's not always about you!
Honestly, it just means they blocked you. Sucks, but it happens.
