Vault Steel? Oh, it's just the key to looking cool and being tough in the wasteland. Use it to craft high-level power armor and gear. Basically, without it, you're just another vault dweller trying to make it.
It's overrated. Just focus on scavenging and you'll be fine without chasing after Vault Steel.
