Figuring out what edition your Pokemon cards are can be like a mini treasure hunt! First, look for the little symbols on the card, usually found at the bottom right corner of the artwork or near the card's bottom margin. These symbols can tell you from which set your card comes. Each set has a unique symbol, like a little logo. Next, check for any edition markers like '1st Edition' or 'Unlimited' printed often below the image on the left. If you see a '1st Edition' stamp, congrats, you've got something potentially special! If there's nothing, it's likely from an unlimited run. Also, some cards have a specific year mentioned which can help you narrow down the set or edition!

Just check the bottom of the card dude. Symbols for the set, and look for '1st Edition' or nothing if it's unlimited. Easy peasy.

Honestly, most cards are gonna be from the unlimited print unless you got them from a sealed pack or something special. 1st Editions are rare and have the stamp to prove it. Don't get too excited until you see that stamp.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
