You can't hatch a Frost Dragon from any egg. It was a special event pet, so your best bet now is trading with other players.

None! The Frost Dragon wasn't available through eggs; it was only obtainable via the Christmas 2019 event for 1000 Robux.

There's no egg that has a Frost Dragon in Adopt Me. It was part of a past event and you can only get it through trading now.
