Apex Legends runs on the Source engine. Yeah, the same engine that powered classics like Half-Life 2. It's been heavily modified by Respawn to make those fast-paced battles and stunning visuals possible!

Actually, it's Source. Some say it's outdated, but if you ask me, Respawn did a magician's job tweaking it to deliver Apex's gameplay.
