Honestly, My Hero Academia hooks you right from Episode 1 with Deku's emotional journey. But if you're looking for some serious action, Episode 4's Battle Trials should do it!
I felt it really hit its stride around Episode 8 with the Quirk Apprehension Test. Watching everyone's powers in action is super cool!
