Honestly, fillers slow things down. Stick to the canon episodes for the real action and drama!
The 'Chikara' arc, episodes 290-295, is a great filler arc with awesome animation and cool battles. Totally worth it if you have time!
I enjoyed the Three-Tails arc (89-112). It's got great character development and adds some depth to the story.
