Indian cuisine is super diverse! You got Butter Chicken, Biryani, Samosas, and Chana Masala. They drink chai (spiced tea) and lassi (yogurt drink) a lot.
Lots of plant-based stuff like lentils and chickpeas, plus spices galore. Drinks? Chai is a must, and maybe some mango lassi.
Anyone who doesn't mention the diverse flavors and heavy use of spices is missing the point. It's all about the flavor explosion!
I lived in India for a year and let me tell you, they have the best street food! Pav bhaji and vada pav are to die for.
