I've traveled to India a bunch of times, and I always bring trail mix and instant coffee. Local food is amazing, but these are handy when you're on the go or need a quick snack.
Just bring some protein bars and you’ll be fine. Trust me, the local cuisine will take care of the rest. Maybe some Pepto-Bismol too, just in case.
