The Kyoto Saga arc in Season 2 directly follows the events of the first part of Season 1, but skips the anime-original ending.

It鈥檚 my personal experience that Season 2 sticks closely to the manga, unlike the later parts of Season 1.

Season 2 pretty much ignores the second half of Season 1 and picks up where the manga left off. So, consider it more of a reboot!

Season 2 doesn't acknowledge the last few episodes of Season 1. It's like those episodes never existed!

If you're a Blue Exorcist fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
