Black Clover had some animation hiccups early on, but it got way better over time. Studio Pierrot really turned things around!

Some episodes of Black Clover did have inconsistent animation quality, especially in the beginning. Later episodes have generally been much more polished.

Yeah, the animation wasn't always perfect, particularly in the early episodes. Studio Pierrot seemed to have some staffing and budget issues, but they improved.

As someone who watched from the beginning, the early episodes of Black Clover definitely had some rough edges in animation. However, they really stepped up their game in the later arcs, especially during the big battle scenes.
