Crocodile, the former president of the mysterious crime syndicate Baroque Works and one of Luffy's earliest formidable enemies, initially ended up in Impel Down (the underwater prison) after being defeated by Luffy during the Alabasta arc. But he didn't just sit tight; during the Impel Down arc, Luffy and team, in their quest to save Ace, aid in Crocodile's escape. Post-escape, Crocodile and his loyal follower Mr. 1 head to the Marineford to participate in the Summit War against the Marines. After the war, Crocodile decides to go to the New World, but what he's up to there remains more or less a mystery. Still, it's clear he's plotting something big!

Crocodile goes to the New World. That's the last we really hear about his whereabouts. One Piece is huge, though, so he's bound to pop up again sooner or later.

Honestly, Crocodile's character development from a villain to this anti-hero type figure is one of the best transitions in One Piece. You end up kinda rooting for him in Marineford.

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
