Evony 2 never really existed as a separate game. The developers just expanded and updated the original Evony game, so everything continued under the same title.

Don't worry, you didn't miss anything! The devs just kept updating the original Evony and skipped straight to calling it Evony: The King's Return.

I played Evony since the beginning. Trust me, they just improved the first game over time instead of making a sequel.
