Archived invoices in PayPal are just hidden from your main view, but you can still access them later if needed. Just click 'Archived Invoices' under the 'View All Invoices' section.
They don't disappear! You can find them under the 'Archived' section in your invoice menu and retrieve them whenever you need.
Nothing dramatic! Archived invoices are simply moved to a separate section for easier management. You can always unarchive them if needed.
Basically, they get moved to another tab so your main list isn鈥檛 cluttered. You won't lose any data, though.
