If you attempt Saitama's one-punch workout (100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run daily), you'll probably get fitter, but don't expect to one-punch monsters!

Doing Saitama's routine might make you incredibly fit, but sorry, you won't become bald and unbeatable like him. Fun, but not magic!

I tried the One Punch Man workout for a month. Result: still got two arms, two legs, and a lot of muscle soreness. No superpowers, though.

If you're a One Punch Man fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
