If you can’t play a word in Words with Friends, you can use the 'Pass' button to skip your turn or the 'Swap' button to exchange some or all of your tiles. Just be aware that swapping doesn't end your turn and the game will pass to your opponent.

When you're stuck, hit that 'Swap' button to change your tiles. It's like hitting the refresh button on your vocabulary!

You pass your turn or swap tiles. It’s not game over, just a strategy move!

From personal experience, swapping tiles is a lifesaver! Sometimes you get a better set and can swoop in with a high-scoring word next turn!

If you're a Words with Friends player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Words with Friends essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
