Fallout 4 GOTY Edition, aka Game of the Year Edition, is basically the ultimate package. It includes the original Fallout 4 game plus all the DLC content released for it. This means you get the main game along with expansions like Far Harbor, Nuka-World, and a few others that add tons of new content and areas to explore. It's a great deal if you haven't played Fallout 4 yet, or if you just want all the content in one go.
