The game follows his journey as he tries to reclaim his old gang's glory, deals with corrupt cops, and navigates through the criminal underworld across three fictional cities inspired by real places in California and Nevada. It's a mix of action, adventure, driving, and role-playing elements, with a huge open world to explore.
