Overrated. Just fancy cosmetics that don't boost your gameplay. Focus on skills, not skins.

Heirlooms? Basically, Apex's way of making you the envy of your squad. Super rare. Super cool. Not necessary, but who doesn't want to flex with a slick melee weapon?

An heirloom in Apex Legends is a super rare set of cosmetic items that are specific to certain legends. These sets usually include a unique melee weapon skin, a banner pose, and a voice line. They're like the ultimate bragging rights cuz they're insanely hard to get directly from Apex Packs - you need some serious luck or lots of packs to snag one. But once you have 150 heirloom shards, you can pick the heirloom set you want!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
