Promotional rarity, or promo cards, are special Pokemon cards that aren't found in regular booster packs. They're often given out at events, tournaments, or in special products. These cards can be identified by the unique "Promo" label on them. They're a hit for collectors because of their uniqueness and limited availability.
Promo cards are my favorite! Snagged a Pikachu promo at a tournament once and it's the crown jewel of my collection. They're definitely special and often have unique artwork that you won't find on regular cards.
