Honestly, it's tough to pick just one since it depends heavily on your playstyle, but I gotta say, the Local Leader perk is a game-changer. It lets you establish supply lines between your settlements, making it way easier to manage resources and expand your empire across the wasteland. Super handy for those of us who like to play the long game and build up a network of thriving communities.

Aqua Boy/Girl, anyone? Never underestimate the joy of not taking radiation damage while swimming AND being able to breathe underwater. It turns all that annoying water in the Commonwealth into your personal highway. No more going the long way around for you!
Idolized by snipers and stealth players, the Rifleman perk is hands down the MVP. It boosts the damage of non-automatic rifles significantly. Plus, it can make your shots ignore some of your target's armor and even chance to cripple a limb. Sneak around, one-shot most enemies, rinse and repeat. It's almost like cheating but within the rules.
IMHO, Bloody Mess is the best. Who doesn't love causing more damage and watching enemies explode in a glorious, gory spectacle? Plus, that damage bonus applies to all weapons. It's practical AND satisfying.
IMO hacking and lockpicking are overrated. Just blow stuff up instead ?
