The value of the complete first set of Pokemon Cards, also known as the Base Set, can vary widely depending on several factors such as condition, whether the cards are first edition, and if they're graded. For ungraded but near-mint condition sets, prices can range from a few thousand dollars to over $20,000 for sets including first edition and shadowless cards. If you have them professionally graded and they score high, the value can skyrocket even more!

Meh, are they really worth that much? I get that they're nostalgic, but it's all about the digital version now.

Depends. Most are worth a lot, especially to collectors, but don't expect to retire on them unless you've got something super rare or in mint condition. Also, a lot depends on the market demand.

Honestly, it's like asking how long is a piece of string. The value changes so much! But if you've got a first edition, shadowless Charizard in there, you're looking at a small fortune on its own.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
