Honestly, it's all about the luck of the draw, but special edition Pikachu cards tend to top the list for rarity and collectibility. Got mine after chomping through an embarrassing number of Happy Meals. Worth it!

The rarest pokemon card you can find at McDonald's is usually the Pikachu card. Every now and then, McDonald's releases Pokemon TCG promo cards with their Happy Meals, and Pikachu, being the franchise mascot, often comes in special, sometimes holographic versions that are harder to find and thus more sought after by collectors.

Pikachu, no contest. It's the face of Pokemon, so when McD's drops those cards, everyone's hunting for Pikachu.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
