In my opinion, Beast Breathing is kinda weak. It's more about brute force and unpredictability rather than finesse and skill, which can be a disadvantage against stronger demons.
Water Breathing seems pretty basic compared to some of the flashier techniques. It's not bad, just outshined by others.
Honestly, I'd say Flower Breathing is the weakest. It relies heavily on graceful movements that can be easily countered by more aggressive styles.
