What's louder: Spotify or YouTube Music?
Depends on the device you use, but on my laptop, YouTube Music is slightly louder. Just my two cents!

Personally, I find Spotify to be louder on my phone, but it might just be how my device handles the apps. Your mileage may vary!
Been using both for years. YouTube Music edges out on loudness, but Spotify wins in interface and playlists!
Netflix is louder. JK! Really, YouTube Music gives me a louder experience.
I've tested both with a decibel meter and YouTube Music seems to come out a bit louder overall. But hey, both can get pretty loud if you crank up the volume!
