Honestly, it's all about the Charizard. If you find a new set with a Charizard in it, you've basically hit the jackpot. Other than that, look for secret rares or any shiny versions. Those are usually good bets.

Well, for starters, the most valuable new Pokemon cards usually are those with full art or secret rare versions. For example, any Charizard card likely skyrockets in value due to its iconic status. Also, keep an eye out for limited edition promo cards - those can be worth a pretty penny!

The value's all in the eye of the collector, but generally, secret rare and full art cards, especially from popular Pokemon like Pikachu, Eevee, and any form of Charizard are what you wanna snag. Got myself a shiny Vmax Charizard not too long ago and let's just say it was a good day.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
