Honestly, just watch it all! Even the fillers have some fun moments.
As someone who binge-watched the entire series, I suggest going from Naruto episode 1 to the end, then Shippuden episode 1 to the end. Simple and satisfying!
I recommend watching Naruto episodes 1-135, then Naruto Shippuden episodes 1-500. Just skip the fillers if you want to save time!
