Many manga artists, including those who work on My Hero Academia, use Clip Studio Paint. It's fantastic for drawing and inking with tons of manga-specific tools!

I heard some artists also like to use Adobe Photoshop for certain tasks. But Clip Studio Paint is often the main workhorse.
