Honestly, just rewatch Log Horizon. There’s so much detail you probably missed the first time!
For something a bit different but still in the realm of being trapped in another world, try Overlord. The protagonist becomes the overlord of a huge guild and it’s pretty epic.
If you loved Log Horizon, you should check out Sword Art Online! It also involves players getting trapped in a game, but with more action and romance.
If you want more strategy and world-building, Maoyu: Archenemy & Hero is awesome. It's by the same author and has a lot of the same vibes.
