GTA 5 updates typically drop at around 10 am GMT on their release day. But keep an eye on Rockstar's social media just in case they decide to surprise us with a different time!

Usually 10am GMT, but honestly, it's Rockstar. They'll release it when they release it.

5am EST if you're in the US, which translates to 10am GMT. That's been the pattern for a while now with GTA updates.

Don't hold your breath for consistency. Rockstar does what Rockstar wants. But most of the time, it鈥檚 10 am GMT.

Midnight releases? Forget about it. GTA 5 updates are more of a 'wake up and see it's there' kind of deal. Expect it around 10 am GMT, but always check because you never know with Rockstar.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
