I actually found a creative way to honor my dead Pals! I build them a memorial site in my base. It doesn't bring them back, but it adds a personal touch to my world. Plus, it makes me think twice before sending them into risky battles.
Just sell them. Dead Pals = Pal Points. It's the circle of life in Palworld.
