Honestly, skip Norsca. It's got some great concepts, but the faction feels unfinished and clunky compared to others.

Avoid the Chaos Warriors DLC unless you're a hardcore fan. It's quite outdated and lacks the polish of newer content.

Most DLCs are pretty solid, but if you're on a budget, Norsca might be the one to pass on.

I'd say go for the base game content and core expansions first. Some of the smaller Lords packs aren't essential.
