Meagher Valley, hands down. It's flat, open, and easy to maneuver with plenty of building materials. Perfect for base-building enthusiasts.
Honestly, Drucker County. It might be mountainous and give you some driving headaches, but the medical outposts and fuel stations are lifesavers!
Cascade Hills. You get a lot of variety in terrain and resources, plus that starter base location is convenient for quick expansion.
