In Fullmetal Alchemist, when Edward and Alphonse tried to bring their mother back using alchemy, it went horribly wrong. They ended up creating a horrific, incomplete creature instead of reviving her. It was a heart-wrenching scene!
First-hand here: That scene in Fullmetal Alchemist where Ed and Al try to bring their mom back still haunts me. They succeeded only in creating a twisted, soulless being. Alchemy isn't as easy as it looks, folks!
