Honestly, it depends on your playstyle. Many pros use lower sensitivity for more precise aiming, around 5-8% in-game sensitivity and 400-800 DPI on their mouse.
There's no 'best' sensitivity; it's all personal preference. Just tweak until your building and aiming feel buttery smooth.
I use 0.07 in-game sensitivity and 800 DPI. It took a bit, but now I’m racking up Victory Royales!
