Whatever you do, steer clear of shady sites. Crunchyroll, Funimation, or Hulu are your best bets for a solid, legal viewing experience.
Honestly, Hulu carries Attack on Titan too, and it comes with the added benefit of a huge library of other shows. It's a win-win!
Funimation also has Attack on Titan, and their streaming service is pretty reliable. Plus, they have the dubbed versions if you're into that!
