I'd say the rarest pet in Adopt Me has to be the Shadow Dragon. It was a Halloween event pet back in 2019, and it's highly sought after now!

The Blue Dog is super rare too! It was one of the first pets and only available through the Blue Egg, but good luck finding one!

From my experience, the rarest pet in Adopt Me is definitely the Bat Dragon. It was released during the Halloween event of 2019 and is incredibly hard to get nowadays.
