The second most expensive Pokémon card varies over time due to market fluctuation, but historically, it's often been the Pikachu Illustrator card. This ultra-rare card was given to winners of a 1998 CoroCoro Comic illustration contest in Japan. Only a handful of these exist, making them super rare and incredibly valuable to collectors.

Honestly, it's kinda hard to keep track cuz the Pokémon card market is wild! But a lot of times, the No. 2 spot goes to the Pikachu Illustrator card. Super rare, super pricey!

Not sure the current hype, but the Illustrator Pikachu usually takes the cake after the first most pricey ones. The market’s always changing though, so who knows what treasure you'll find!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
