I've played several Splatfests, and Nintendo doesn't keep us waiting long. Results usually pop up within 24 hours after it ends.

Splatfest results usually come out shortly after the Splatfest ends, usually within a day or so. So hang tight, it's like Christmas morning, only fishier!
