Only during those special Team GO Rocket events can you TM away Frustration from your Shadow Pokémon. Rocket events FTW!

Pretty much only during specific events when Niantic lets us. Gotta love those Team Rocket takeovers!

You can change Frustration from your Shadow Pokémon during special Team GO Rocket events when Niantic temporarily allows it. Keep an eye out for these events!

Niantic allows removal of Frustration just during their limited-time Team Rocket events. So, grind those events!

Dude, you can only change it when Niantic says so during specific events. Bummer, right? Keep checking their announcements!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
