Drake started getting noticed on Degrassi, but it was his music mixtape in 2009 that really launched his career.
Drake kicked off his career in the early 2000s with his role as Jimmy Brooks on the TV show Degrassi: The Next Generation. His mixtape So Far Gone in 2009 really put him on the music map!
