I've never gotten V-Bucks back for buying a glider unless it was a refund. Don't hold your breath!
You'll get V-Bucks back if you refund the glider within the specified refund window. Use one of your refund tokens from the Settings menu.
You typically get V-Bucks back if there's a pricing error or if Epic Games decides to issue a refund for some reason. Usually, this isn't common though.
If the glider was part of a bundle and you already owned part of it, you might get some V-Bucks refunded automatically.
