Just to add a quick note - once you've unlocked it, don't forget to visit the Room of Requirement regularly to take care of your beasts and spruce up their habitats. It’s way more fun than it sounds, and a nice break from all the spell-casting and potion-making.

Gotta disagree with everyone making it sound super fun. It's cool and all but don't get too distracted by the beasts; there's a whole world to explore out there!

You unlock the ability to care for magical beasts pretty early on in Hogwarts Legacy. After completing the main story quest called 'The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and The Loom', which pops up not too long after you start the game, you'll gain the ability to rescue, adopt, and care for magical creatures. It's a blast, especially if you're into the cuter side of the wizarding world!

Actually, caring for beasts is one of the best parts of Hogwarts Legacy. It's not just about 'unlocking' them; it's about the experience of interacting with the magical creatures of the wizarding world. Brings a whole new layer to the game, if you ask me.

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
